A strong woman looks a challenge dead in the eye and gives it a wink.

After reading input on last night’s post… I have to say thank you to all of you. For sharing what you know, and sharing about your own experiences. I’ve learned a lot, and I’m really surprised at how common it is.

I related to bits and pieces of each of your comments, and I see that I have a little (inner) work to do. I’ll get there.

In the meantime, I’m feeling a little humble today… but fiery and bold, as well. I think my image says it all.

I am using red light therapy these days- the scientific premise being that light enters into the cellular level for healing.(there are further chemical changes that occur, of course.) Your photo is red light therapy for my heart as well!
