“Experience: that most brutal of teachers. But you learn, my God do you learn.” ―C.S. Lewis
One cloud. The perfect end to Day One. Call me crazy, but it reminded me of Tinkerbell…
Right?!?
Anyway… about the images. I feel like I hit a block recently, which is why I started messing around with blends. Then… I was running out of archives that I like, or haven’t used already!
I decided to do some basic (and uncomplicated) photographs while I get my groove back. As Mr. Lewis said in his quote: We learn from our experiences. There’s nothing wrong with going back to basics for a spell!
This cloud was hovering above my house today and it was just beautiful.
Occasionally I have trouble with clouds, so I experimented with saturation and a bit of texture to keep it from being too translucent. I think it came out pretty cool. I know it’s just a cloud, but HEY, it’s a Tinkerbell cloud. 🙂
I’m looking forward to tomorrow so that I can create a unique image for day TWO!
Blessings!!
I like it! It looks to me like it is floating and falling! Thank you!

Thanks Rick! Yes that’s what I thought. Kind of like a dive into the sky. 😄

I see her. I’ve always remembered what I was instructed in Navy Photo school, take a lot of photos, there’s bound to be plenty to use. If you are so inclined @vapor_sage is my Instagram if you don’t have an acct there I recommend, there’s an active sober community there fun and loads of pictures

I do have acct but rarely go there. Between blog and Facebook it seemed like so much to keep up with… But I might! Didn’t know there was sober community tho. Interesting. Thanks!
