A simple, childlike faith in a Divine Friend solves all the problems that come to us by land or sea. -Helen Keller
We had some awesome cloud formations yesterday so I finally dusted off my camera and got a few new shots of the sky.
I’ve been holding onto a sweet image of my youngest grandson that I’ve wanted to use for something- and it was the perfect size to cover up a dark, empty corner. And the lens flare added the finishing touch.
I love that his eyes are half closed in some of the pictures that I take because children’s eyelashes are so adorable!
Also… I wanted to say something about my other blog. I mentioned before that it seems like when I share my plans and ideas- they seem to fizzle out. As if I jinx myself. This other blog could be the perfect example… but I am not giving up on it. So… I just wanted to state that for the record.
The fact that I wanted to turn my hobbies/ passions into income producing work is the culprit for the slowdown on any progress. I’m not ready for a move like that yet. Like I’ve said, I have a habit of trying to peer far into the future, and the Art for Business blog was one of those instances.
For the time being, my hobbies/ passions are to remain just that… things I do for fun. After all… that’s the fun of it! That it’s for fun!
So… the second blog is going to sit idle until I am ready to move forward. I have a wonderful idea on where I want to go with everything, but I am letting the plan simmer and stew until it’s done to perfection. No more racing ahead of myself, and God. 😉
That’s about all for now. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.
Love the pic as it is emotional and allows the viewer to interpret it. Very nice! Thank you!

Beautiful image, incorporating two of my favorite things: clouds and little kids. The sky scene is amazing, especially since it’s overcast and cloudy here. I am so with you on the business idea — I have a tendency to try to rush these things, but it’s almost like being pregnant — making a baby is a slow process and you can’t speed it up. I look forward to hearing about the new biz!
