I’ll tell you one thing, this country is going to hell in a handbasket. Back in my day, folks knew right from wrong; they had morals. Now they just go about – doing whatever it is they want to do – without a care in the world. They have no conscience.

I’ll tell you something else. Here I was thinking it was just these youngins who’d lost their way, but that tenant upstairs is no better. I’ve been at Fourth and Main for a year and a half now. I love living here because it’s so close to the college. Plus my parents are paying the rent, so… hey… I can’t complain. 

It’s not a bad place, really. It just needs a little TLC. I’m studying real estate right now, and I’d love to buy it someday. I bet it’s a real cash cow!
