High Wheeler

Four wheels move the body, two wheels move the soul.

Day 4 is done! Confession: I had to rush it a little so I used a paint effect to disguise the areas that I didn’t want to fine tune or polish. It was the Penny-farthing, or high wheeler, that I wanted to focus in on and I think it came out pretty well.

The striped outfit was fun and, as usual, I had trouble with the woman’s hands. I suppose if I ever wanted a “signature style,” it would be handless people, or maybe some kind of gloves!

That would be fun actually! Imagine sunbathers wearing gloves. I could design unique gloves to fit every occasion. They might look more like mittens, but who cares?! I’ll have to think on this one.

I may come back to this someday because my goal was an animal or some flowers in the front wooden basket. When you create something new every day, time doesn’t always allow for all of the details. And here I am, 20 minutes after midnight – somewhat missing my self-imposed cutoff!

I probably have more to say, but I wore myself out trying to finish this one. I’m going to give myself slack and say that every day might be too much at times, so I may be moving this to create something new every other day? Or every week? We’ll see.
