Shhh…

I’ve started at least 3 illustrations before this, just for this particular post in my Blogging through the Alphabet Series… the letter Q… and the word that I’ve chosen which is… Quiet.

I thought of this one while lying in bed last night, and it was actually an idea for a niche I’m looking to get into – combining text and graphics to create feelings or moods.

The overall goal is to do minimal ‘literal’ illustration and more abstract types of things. I guess the idea of adding text kind of takes away from the concept of abstraction… but it is what it is. I still want to give it a go.

Other than that, I’d rather not say too much. One of the beautiful things about Quiet is that it means less chatter, or noise.
