I thought it would be fun to revisit some of my photos from summers past. My original intention was a black and white, but after adding motion blur and saturation (and other things)… I decided I liked the color version. I do enjoy how the blur makes it seem more abstract.

I did a black and white conversion anyway, to see how it looked, and then decided that it needed something to take the simplicity out of it. It was just too basic and barren.

The dancer was made many moons ago, in Illustrator, so I borrowed her and then blended her in. I thought that the best way to show them both (since I couldn’t decide) was to write a haiku that made sense of the transformation. Maybe. Hopefully.
